Talia brings over a decade of professional experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), working with individuals, couples, families, and facilitating group sessions. She takes a systemic approach to therapy, passionately exploring the “whole picture” of each client. Talia is committed to understanding her clients’ presenting issues while giving space to their background, family history, interests, personal experiences, and passions. Her goal is to help clients answer the question, “What makes this make sense?”

Talia has specialized training in trauma therapy, including certification in trauma-focused modalities and EMDR Levels 1 and 2. She is also a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and has extensive experience treating both chemical and process addictions.

Her mission is to redefine her clients’ experience of therapy by fostering honesty, directness, and boldness. Talia believes that the therapeutic relationship plays a pivotal role in outcomes, and she invests time and effort in truly knowing her clients while allowing them to know her.

Outside the therapy office, Talia enjoys spending time with her blended family, which includes her husband, bonus daughter, and two lively toddlers. Her pet cockatiel often keeps her company during sessions, perching nearby. A self-proclaimed thrift store junkie, Talia loves a good fake eyelash, despises fresh tomatoes, and has an undeniable affection for fidget toys.
